🌹 About Our Preserved Roses

Are these real roses or artificial?

100% real. Our roses are genuine roses harvested at peak bloom and preserved through a natural glycerin-based process. They are not artificial, not silk, and not dried flowers — just real roses that last.

How long do they last?

With normal indoor conditions, our preserved roses last 1–3 years — no maintenance required. Just keep them away from direct sunlight, humidity, and water.

Do I need to water them or put them in sunlight?

Never add water and keep them out of direct sunlight — both will shorten their lifespan. Room temperature indoors is perfect. That’s all they need.

Do they have a scent?

Preserved roses have a very faint, subtle floral scent — not the strong fragrance of fresh-cut roses. Some customers love the subtlety; just set expectations accordingly.

What’s the difference between the 50-rose and 100-rose boxes?

The 50-rose box is our classic luxury arrangement — full, beautiful, and great value at $99.95 CAD. The 100-rose box uses mini roses for a lush, overflowing look at $189.95 CAD. Both come in pink or cream.

What colors do you have?

We currently offer Pink and Cream. Pink is romantic and bold. Cream is elegant and timeless. Both are stunning.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the United States and Canada, fulfilling every order from our domestic warehouses in each country so it arrives fast and without customs delays. We also ship internationally to most countries worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day (often the same day). US and Canadian orders then arrive within 3–5 business days via expedited courier. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. International orders typically take 7–21 business days.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes — every US and Canadian order ships expedited as standard, arriving in 3–5 business days at no extra cost. If you need it even faster for a specific date, email us at floragram25@gmail.com before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
